We offer you 2 main benefits.

First, it's completely fee free for guests unlike AirBnB and others, as we pass this small fee onto the lister.

Second, we can help resolve disputes between you and the lister if they occur, whereas you're helpless on facebook.

We don't charge any fees. You just cover the rent for the home while the person is away

Although we don't expect it to happen, we will use the deposit to settle any disputes if they arise

We encourage flexibility. We'll still put you in contact if you're a good fit and the dates don't match exactly

After successfully matching, we'll give you our bank details to pay the deposit and rent via bank transfer

Be a real human. If you don't have an active social media account, it's hard for us to know if you're trustworthy.

Be friendly and chat with the lister when you're matched. Once you agree to a match, send your deposit through quickly to avoid any holdups

We know that you've got a home that you care about, not an investment property. That means trust and safety is HUGE and you wouldn't want an absolute stranger staying in your bed. We make sure you can see the guests instagram, talk with them via an inspection, and only then let them stay in your place. You can't do any of that with Airbnb and on Facebook you don't get all the benefits of a security deposit, agreement, and rent management like we do. All of this is so that you don't have to stress while you're away 🏚️🛶🧺📓 🌿🍃🌸

We charge 10% of your weekly rent in exchange for finding you a match, managing the deposit, and chasing up rent

We'll try our best to have your place filled for the complete duration, although we encourage flexibility. We'll still put you in contact with good people that don't match exact dates

After we receive the deposit the match is locked in. We send you your weekly rent, minus the fees. At the point of matching we'll grab your details from you

Have great photos! Put effort into the description. Keep it real and if possible, local recommendations go a long way!

We let you set a deposit amount of 2-4 weeks to cover any unlikely incidents
